Suspicious Male all in black early hours looking at vehicles Mumbles and West Cross

Good Morning 

I want to bring to you a report to the police of a male dressed all in black acting suspicious early hours today seen at Newton heading towards West Cross looking into vehicles, police were called by a vigilant neighbour but this person had left the area. 

Officers will be on patrols today and further door to door will be conducted, please ring the police 999 if you see anyone suspicious.
